Easy "Baked" Sweet Potatoes


You may want to print this out. It's really complex ;)

Baked Sweet Potatoes
  1. Wash them.
  2. Wrap them in aluminum foil.
  3. Place them in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover with slow cooker lid.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. 
I usually fill the cooker full, serve a few of them at the next meal, and place the rest in the refrigerator to take to work for lunch.

  4. I live with my slow cooked going every other day. Mostly soups and stews. But never thought about sweet potatoes which I love too. Gotta try it. Thanks.
