Mom's Best Nest: Giveaways

Eligibility: To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a US shipping address.

How to Enter: Entries are submitted by a giveaway widget, such as Rafflecopter, Punch Tab, Giveaway Tools, etc. Participants may enter through a one step "click to enter" option, as well as through other channels when prompted (i.e., by performing an action such as “following Mom's Best Nest” on Twitter).

Entry Deadline Date: All entries for giveaways through this site must be received on or before the given “Entry Deadline Date” to be eligible to win a prize.

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of a giveaway hosted through Mom's Best Nest is chosen randomly by the giveaway widget. The winner must meet all qualifying criteria. The winner will be notified via email within three days from the entry deadline date. Should a response be necessary (for contact information), the winner must respond within three days of notification or forfeit the prize, in which case an alternate winner will be selected. Mom's Best Nest will publicly announce the winner’s first name and last initial through social media websites and/or through the giveaway post, without further payment or other consideration.

Agreement: By entering any giveaway through this website, you release Mom's Best Nest from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, deaths, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, misdelivery or acceptance of any prize. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by the decisions of Mom's Best Nest blog and these official rules. You and your entries may be disqualified if you attempt to circumvent these official rules.

Giveaway Closed: When the giveaway is closed after the entry deadline date, the title of the blog post on which the giveaway was announced will read (Closed).
