Children's Worship Notes Printable

“Pastor’s Pals” was born from a desiire I had for my children to engage with the worship services. These simple worship notes soon became a churchwide initiative that would support children while encouraging parents and the pastor. In this post, you'll find everything you need to begin Pastor's als in your church - supply list, printable, and directions.

Supplies

  • Printed Pastor’s Pals Worship Notes (download the PDF)
  • Pencils
  • Prizes (ex. 24 Handheld Water Arcade Games)
  • Optional: clipboards
  • Optional: a collection box or basket

Directions

  1. Place the worship notes and pencils on a table in the foyer.
  2. As families enter the sanctuary, children (or parents) pick up a set.
  3. During the service, children quietly fill out the notes as they listen.
  4. At the end of the service, completed notes are turned in using a collection box.
  5. The pastor selects one child to be recognized in the Sunday bulletin and receive a small prize.

What a great idea. My kids just use blank journals, but my daughter would especially love this.

Following from the hop.

I think that's a great idea. It gives a kid something to help center his attention on the service!

I wish I would have read your blog hop guide a few months ago. I had just joined the blogging world and was so confused! I'm really still a bit confused hahah but hopefully I'm getting there!
